Glenn Meade is an Irish author born in 1957 in Dublin. He has written novels and plays. In the 1980s Meade wrote and directed a number of his own plays in Dublin. He originally worked as a pilot trainer, before becoming a journalist for The Irish Times and Irish Independent newspapers. With almost all his novels translated to Turkish, he is well known in Turkey. The author released his first novel, Brandenburg in 1994 and the Turkish translation of his last novel The Last Witnesswas released in November2014. His novels have been translated into 26 languages including Turkish. Meade divides his time between Ireland and USA.
