TÜYAP BOOK AND ART FAİRS END
The 38th International İstanbul Book Fair held by TÜYAP Fairs in partnership with the Turkish Publishers Association and the concurrent ARTİST 2019 / 29th İstanbul Art Fair concluded on Sunday, November 10th after receiving 605,000 visitors. The number of students attending the fairs as a school visit increased by over 20% to 221,293. We would like to thank the Governership of İstanbul, the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality, the İstanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education and all parents for their support in student visits to the fair.Tüyap is also grateful to all visitors, writers taking part in events to meet their readers, and all exhibiting publishers, nongovernmental organizations, galleries, independent groups, young artists, art initiatives and private collection holders. We would like to all for their interest in our fairs, and hope to meet everyone again at the 39th International İstanbul Book Fair and 30th İstanbul Art Fair next year.
